Having worked within the residential sector we pride ourselves on having a unique depth of expertise in this sector, this has seen us become a leading residential consultants, with key aspect of our experience being in the high end premium residential refurbishment market. Our experience has seen us work on projects ranging from house extensions with part L compliance reports through to Multi use residential schemes with district heating and combined Heat and Power. An experience which has provides our clients with an understanding and ability to provide successful delivery but with key aspects such as energy efficiency and sustainability as key drivers.

CENTRE POINT

Assist and support Lorne Stewart in executing their CDP elements; commenting on working drawings, fan static and pump head calculations, cable calculations etc. and technical submittals; and to raise any design issues/concerns on the transformation of this London landmark ‘Centre Point’ building into luxury apartments. The former office building has been a focal point on the skyline for five decades, and at various times a symbol of the property industry’s failings and of protest against the capital’s lack of affordable housing. Now it is being turned into 82 one- to five- bedroom apartments boasting pool, spa and fitness facilities, as well as views over the west end.

A 3 storey existing 7 bed property. A survey and Feasibility study with design for the control of their existing chilled ceilings and underfloor heating systems, with additional modifications to the systems and overhaul of main boiler plant for Mr J C Decaux own dwelling.

ARTILLERY ROW WESTMINSTER LONDON

New development of 22 luxurious apartments in London’s Westminster. Responsible for carrying out the Mechanical design with PIP Mechanical services ltd and 8 Build as the main contractor. The Mechanical system comprises, CHP, district heating boiler plant and cooling plant, air conditioning to apartments and under floor heating with MVHR units serving ventilation requirements and central sprinkler system

NOVA HOUSE SLOUGH

A refurbishment of an existing 4 storey office building to a 7 storey 61 apartment residential development. This scheme consists of mainly 2-3 bed apartment fed from a central boiler room/CHP plantroom to heat interface units within each dwelling. PPa provided full MEP duties from concept to completion as part of a Design and Build for the Contractor. This development is being designed to the new BREEAM multi residential scheme.
